Customer experience training

A positive customer experience is crucial to the success of your business as a happy customer is one who is most likely to promote your service or business by work of mouth. Help your employees to be your biggest advocates.

This training can be made bespoke to your organisation or business and is aimed at all customer facing employees, this course encourages learners to think of their roles from the perspective of customers. They will be able to identify the components of a good customer experience – and what makes a bad customer experience and how to avoid falling into those pitfalls.

Induction Training

Induction is the first vital step that an employer can take with a new employee to ensure that they are fully embedded into the organisation, know their role and responsibilities and track their initial training.

This training will help you to get this step right and greatly benefit both employer and employee. We can work with you to plan your induction training, upskill front line managers and even assist in the delivery and recording, providing you with templates and tracking systems to streamline your process.

Disability Awareness Training

According to the Family Resources Survey 21/22 14.6 million people in the UK live with a disability – that is approximately 22% of the population.

This course will

  • help managers and/or staff have a better understanding of their colleagues living with a disability and help disabled employees to feel more valued and included

FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health

This qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a wide range of mental health conditions and learn about the support/therapy provided by professional healthcare providers. They will know how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will recognise and manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse.

Successful learners completing this qualification will become a ‘First Aider for Mental Health’ and be able to utilise the skills and knowledge gained within their workplace and private life.

Learners will learn about the first aid action plan for mental health, be able to put it in place and understand how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.

Learners will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions as this can only be carried out by healthcare professionals but will gain the knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and know where they can go to get help.

  • Up to 16 candidates aged 14 or over
  • 12 Hours usually delivered over 2 days. However the delivery, model can be flexible
  • The qualification is assessed through two written assessment papers and the practical demonstration of the first aid action plan for mental health
