Course cancellations are subject to a cancelation fee as per our Terms and Conditions. Bookings can be transferred to a future course and will incur an amendment fee of £15.

If your qualification has expired you will need to attend a full 3-Day FAW course.

All of our courses are inclusive and we make every effort to make reasonable adjustments for candidates requiring them. However, in order to achieve full accreditation for the course, candidates have to successful demonstrate competence in the areas specified in the syllabus. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the courses and your individual requirements.

An RLSS NPLQ course is physically demanding and you have to be a competent swimmer with good levels of swimming fitness.

In the event that you do not meet the assessment criteria in a specific section, you will be able to retake that section (however, there will be a re-assessment fee) within the following 28 days and you will receive guidance on how to improve in that specific area.
